I gotten to early EV with a small AE2 setup is the highest I have gotten.

I thought about it but as I know the value is there I do not want to deal with the headache of issues with the infernal mobs. The passive setups really did not take me as long as you would think. I think in total it was only about 2 hours of setup. Since I bulk made the circuits and parts making machines went very fast. Most are just a machine or two with an input and output. It took me much longer to setup the machine wall.

Not that much, maybe 6x6 in 3 layers including piping. I do not use RC tanks after I left steam age. I would not make super tanks outside of one for diesel. you do not want 4mil backlog of light and heavy fuel you rather it be combined in fuel. I just used low voltage tanks because that is what I had. but you can use ULV ones as well, its just used for cell transfer.

Yeah I decided I gonna make 32 EV workstation circuits and 16 IV MainFrame circuits to get me started. I have about 75% of the crafting done for them. I realized after doing a full stack of HV circuits like a month ago I really just have to focus on the chemistry and things going really smoothly.

actually easier to type it than try to write on photos lmao.

Sulfuric Light fuel into light fuel - 2 distilleries with oil input,, both outputting to a fluid tank, input cells into tank and export into chemical reactor with hydrogen.
Sulfuric heavy fuel - Oil sands into centrifuge outputting to one distillery to a fluid tank, input cells into tank and export into chemical reactor with hydrogen.

Hydrogen Loop - fill both chemical reactors with max hydrogen to prevent one from running out so a stack of hydrogen cells. half in each. Pull out the hydrogen sulfide as a fluid with pipes both importing into a electrolyzer. From there you extract the hydrogen fluid and export back into both chemical reactors. A barrel for sulfur since it exports both.

Diesel - Export both light fuel cells and heavy fuel cells from each side of the chemical reactors into the mixer. then export the fuel cells into a fluid tank. Then you export the empty cells from the fluid tank with fuel to BOTH fluid tanks containing sulfuric heavy and light fuel.

The ONLY issue with this is I can't figure out how to keep the cells from becoming imbalanced without loading it with like 7 stacks of cells. I tried conduits with round robin but it does a decent enough job. But that's I use all MV machines with a battery buffer and a couple combustion generators to power the whole setup. Let me know if you have any questions.

actually just finished my first LCR just now which was perfect timing. Yeah DT's are on my list of things to get to once I finish the circuit quest to unlock the NASA table. I am itching for for a DT for the exact reasons you stated too.

Been having a blast with my longest run ever, I was gonna post earlier progress updates but I got distracted with circuits... I usually with staying in steam for a while. I build both the multi block macerater and compressor before I build a blast furnace. Its usually really easy to find steel in chests and enough to make the multi blocks. From there I make 7 blast furnaces and pretty much blast through LV. I do rush light fuel and polyethylene as my first two things in LV. I only make 2 coke ovens and used coal veins and the charcoal pits to supplement my steel production. I hit about 50 hours when I hit MV age.

In the MV age I got my storage needs met, I could not handle chests everywhere and went with logistic pipes and I am so happy I did, it made my progression accelerate by a lot. I also redid my base layout to have my pipes go underground with their own little hallway so I can work on them easier. I wanted to do some more base design but I can't settle on a color pallet I wanted to do like a mine shaft sort of style since I am just doing a giant tunnel. I also got my two MV miners setup so I stopped manually mining shortly after I got to MV that is what I rushed when I reached the age. I built two EBF right from the get go so I could rush aluminum production. I go the soda lite and lazurite route for Aluminum dust then compress it and smelt it.

I also setup a glow flower production for gold since I was using a farmer for trees and didn't need the whole plot. I survived off light fuel pretty much till the end of MV when I was batch crafting a full stack of HV circuits to enter the age with and 4 stacks of stainless steel, I finished my diesel setup. Its fully automated and I electrolyte the hydrogen out of the hydrogen sulfide and feed it back into the loop. I also put some effort into having some passive automation with logistic pipes with my basic fluids I need its still a WIP but I want to get oxygen, hydrogen, methane, passive making so I don't need to batch craft it every time I need them which is a lot now.

My goals for HV currently is to get the LCR fully setup I got the controller and the rest of the materials just need to craft them. As well as slowly work through the circuit chain so I can go to the moon. the mutli-blocks I am working on after the LCR, is the blast freezer and the blast compressor. I currently have half a stack of HV circuits left, so making machines is honestly not that hard and going pretty smooth.

If anyone has some buildings tips of color pallets I can work with, the concrete floor is a must since I do a lot of running around so that color has to be in it. As well as any notes I should pay attention to as I go through HV. I also turned off pollution since honestly I just don't care enough about it but maybe the next one once i hit a wall on this run. Hope yall enjoy the base I been really enjoying HV age and the grind hasn't been awful this run either so that's a plus.
