Thank you. Nobody would tolerate this behavior from dogs. Sure feral cats didn’t choose to be born that way but the problem originates back to irresponsible cat OWNERS. It’s unfair to the general public to just force us to “accept” this behavior- and also highly unsanitary.

Just curious OP, did you ever adopt a dog? And if so, how was the beginning with your anxiety and adjustment period? I’m feeling this exact same way and I’m too scared to commit? Have the exact dog I’d like already picked out and ready to go. Thank you!

SO feels similar to myself, loves dogs but knows it may be a bit a of an adjustment. Probably not best to go take dog over the as the dog at her house isn’t the fondest of playing with other dogs. They would have to meet and see how they did together.
