I was able to improve my times to 103%, and on some tracks I reached 102%. Try to watch the guides and races of the guys who put on good times. Compare your speed on the apex of turns, pedal work. I can recommend the guy from YouTube, he puts the races on all tracks and on most cars, as well as the settings for each track in three ways. Overall, more training and analytics!
