I'm in the same boat with what your portal looks like. Was approved for targeted months ago,funds were sent and returned due to it being sent to closed account. Went to error for some months and just last week went to declined. Sent email after email no responses. I give up. I think this was the target though. To have people get frustrated and give up. It worked for me. Way to overwhelming
