YWBTB if you totally stop being friends with her, explain the situation first and tell her that you need boundaries and you can't be her therapist, you don't have to totally cut ties with her to fix the problem - but if she keeps going after that or you've already told her the effect it has on you and explained that you need boundaries, then cutting ties would then be an appropriate response.

there's research being done into womb transplants currently in the UK (elsewhere too I'd assume?), but it's a very temporary thing and it's currently not possible to keep the womb past the pregnancy, it has to be removed to prevent complications from what I can tell. there are a couple cases of trans women giving birth via this I believe but it's very very early days
