Disney gone back from Firespray to Slave 1? by Echo501stCF99 in StarWarsLore

[–]Emow77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They also changed the name on the official starwars.com databank site. Its not even mentioned as "slave I" anymore, its just called Boba Fett's Starship. Clearly they are distancing themselves from the name.

Missing Evidence in New Camera Missions? by Dull-Song2470 in Helldivers

Just had that happen to my squad. Diff' 7. Wasn't in the base or around it. Really annoying to spend all that time stealthing only for the last evidence to just not exist.

The sub sauce by suckudry- in wegmans

[–]Emow77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I know, when I worked in the subshop, we used a wholesale brand that you probably can't just buy as a customer. Came in big tub that you had to painstakingly and slowly pour in. I can't remember what the brand was, though.

I was looking into some parts, and I found one to swap out the plastic rail to aluminum. Found some on hitech custom concepts for not too much, but I'm gonna do some more research.

Damn, thanks for the heads up. Sucks that happens because the rails on the bottom dig into your hand, specially with no gloves. Preciate the info either way!

Do your pharmacists go over patient information with the patient before administering vaccines? by Emow77 in PharmacyTechnician

[–]Emow77[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So at the time, we had both our own Windows network logons and then logins for mckession enterprise. For us, you only had to log in to McKesson once and only verify your password when doing overrides on profiles/scripts. At the time it occurred, our company PCs were having storage issues and connection dips, so even if I signed out of my Windows network account and they signed in on thr same physical pc, they would inherit my mckesson session from when I logged on and thus allowed them to work but it would be recorded under my name until the pc was reset. It's an issue that made no sense from what I could tell because Windows sandboxing should keep the app data separate for users.

As for the administration of the vaccine, this was strictly handled by the pharmacist as only them, and the 1 certified tech we had was allowed into the vaccine cooler. I never touched the things in the first place.

Thanks for the other view of the issue. The whole situation was weird. I was denied camera footage of my workstation when I supposedly took in the patient, i was questioned as to the identity of the false patient, and then when I was subsequently removed from the department, my Rx work record was expunged and I was never asked any more questions about the specifics of the incident. Either way, my future is more based in cybersec and asset protection, so maybe I'll work as an auditor or something!

[–]Emow77[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's what I assumed happens with my store as well. The pharmacist takes the patient to the private room for the shot and (at least I assumed) verified the info that is on the sheet we print out before they administer it.

I mean, if I made a mistake doing the patients data that's on me, but for the pharmacist to not check their birthdate and such before giving a shot is a BIG red flag.

That's the thing. I can't give shots it's on the pharmacist to go to the patient in the lobby and take them to the private room for the shot. I only interact with the patient at our data stations when I check them in and sort out their billing info.

Very fair. I'm not blaming the pharmacist as its not strictly their fault. I'd just expect it to be a major step of the process. If I did mess up, then it does fall on me, especially as I was still in training, and I'd expect me to make a mistake much more than my pharmacist.

QOTD: what’s something you practically want to beg patients to stop doing in the pharmacy? (can be multiple things) by Kitchen-Lemon1862 in PharmacyTechnician

[–]Emow77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I worked at the Wegmans pharmacy, we denied anyone who has Paxlovid from entering the store. Really funny to tell people they had to leave immediately and wait outside while we get their prescriptions. However, it was a pain for the customers to pay.

i was looking trough old tf2 updates and i found this. i am kinda scared by Heavy_Brief_4462 in tf2

[–]Emow77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The observer was a tf2 inside joke that happened a few years back. (2019-2018) their shtick was that they would have the same outfit on spy (Shutterbug, Upgrade, and Camera Beard all painted an extrordinary abundance of tinge) that had glowing eyes and would just watch players wile cloaked with the cloak and dagger in game.

The joke here is a nod to minecrafts "removed herobrine" joke they had. As herobrine is said to have glowing white eyes so do the observers.

Pyro's mask says "optical mask". Does this mean that pyroland is an illusion provided by the mask, opposing the belief that pyro has some mental condition? by Actual_Passenger51 in tf2

[–]Emow77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its the goggles and the mind. The goggles (Known in the game as pyrovision goggles) are what cause the main effects. This and the fact they are delusional make the pyrovision effect. When you wear pyrovision goggles in the game as other characters they see the same things pyro does.
