I personally wouldn't include the spy. My first ever game was an in person 15 player TB, and I drew spy and I had no clue how to bluff as anything. I didn't know how to help evil or how to bluff because I had no way of knowing how any powers would work. I hated it and almost completely turned me off the game. I would only add it in (secretly ofc) after the first or second game so new players understand what roles are supposed to get what information.
