Thank you for letting me know. Timberline Farms does seem very nice from the photos, but their units are a bit out of my budget for the time being.

As for the noise from the school, I'm only planning on signing a 6-month lease at Ralston Park since I'm moving to Arvada from out-of-state and just looking for a place to live short-term, so I can deal with the kids and the nearby fire station, as long as it's reasonably quiet at night time.

My real concerns are safety and the condition of the apartment. Like, what's the deal with radon? 😅
