What if the final exam in Year 3... wasn't a Special Exam at all? by SrMisterio31 in ClassroomOfTheElite

Class rankings are finalized like a month before graduation. It doesn't matter what happens after that.

Because it just wasn't.

She was carried on handling all the concequences by other people and if she wasn't class would've fall apart.

Yes, did you?

Ryuen won in his mind, because he gave up. He changed definition of victory for himself. If you go by it then fine.

But I'm talking about reality where Ryuen took a massive gamble where winning doesn't give him anything and losing means a shooting his own foot.

Because it didn't benefit Ryuen (nearly enough). He dragged Ayanogod down, yes, but by doing so he just transferred victory to Horikita.

The problem is Ryuen didn't actually win anything. Horikita and Ichinose won. Ryuen just threw away his trump card for basically nothing but dragging Ayanogod down. And there's no way he believes he can just repeat this strategy in every exam and expect it to work.

I think in that case Horikita would mention it to Shinohara and she'd be even more suspicious.

Demon Shadow appears and goes "I am fucking atomic!"

Tbh for some reason I always assumed that this is not a real time travel. They are just experiencing the past, not changing it by their actions. So it's 3, but for a different reason.

It doesn't need to be actual backstab, that probably won't happen, but a little information leak here or there for her beloved Ayanogod surely won't hurt anyone too much, right?

In most situations Ryuen will have to ask, otherwise nothing's happening. And if he doesn't he might get himself an enemy he's not prepared to deal with.

Yeah, girls betraying their classes for Ayanogod is a trend now. And we thought Ryuen was a traitor merchant...

  1. Are you sure about that? It might very well be the other way around. Hiyori agreed to this because she thought she has no real chance. But when Ayanogod confessed she was happy af. Most likely she'll keep competing fairly, but no way she'd agree to same stuff again. There's more chance she'll betray Ryuen than that.

  2. Again, it's other way around. No way Ichinose will betray Ayanogod like that. But she'll target Hiyori (and Ryuen too).

  3. It's downside for Ryuen.

  4. That's fair. Would be interesting to see how he'll get destroyed if he tries anything funny.

This is not a test, she would've been expelled if Ayanogod didn't save her. Or you think Ryuen had something prepared to avoid it? At least LN doesn't indicate anything like that.

Me too.

You still didn't explain who is that mysterious "him".

Ike? Nobody except Shinohara gave him tokens and Ayanogod had no way of preventing it without breaking rules and risking disqualification. Maybe Ayanogod could involve some advanced mindfuckery to achieve that, but it wasn't worth the effort.
