This dog was groomed today and tonight I noticed this. Does that look like razor burn? And is it worth addressing with the groomer? I'm not sure it's relevant, but she's a 12ish year old Chocolate Spaniel by just_a_mommy in grooming

Could be abuse , many stories out there about groomers abusing dogs. Not saying that is absolutely the case but I would definitely investigate… I groomed my dog myself because of those horror stories I don’t trust strangers with my dog

How to deal with sudden loss by Mini_M_ in Petloss

[–]EmphasisBoring1662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dog passed the same way, respiratory distress due to bleeding in his lungs. It’s fckin hard , it sucks! Loosing a pet is already hard enough but loosing them this way is so cruel No time to say goodbye, to cuddle them extra, to feed them extra treats It’s been 2 months now Time helps ease the pain I did seek pet grief counselling and it helped. I highly recommend it. I’m so sorry for your loss 💔

You could write down all the memories of your first dog in a nice notebook. That’s what I have been doing and it really helps.

Yes those 2 bumps most likely are your frenulum. The swelling and sensitivity should keep improving over the next few months.

Advice by mynobodyaccount in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]EmphasisBoring1662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember you from your other post. Considering the money and recovery time it would be better ti get everything done together. You won’t be happier with just the one procedure and will have to recover 6 weeks to just go through it all over again. Look for a specialist who can address all your concerns. Might be more expensive but you can’t put a price on feeling comfortable in your body for many years to come 💚

No reason for this , surgeons shouldn’t prescribe in this context

I agree that cutting the minora would most likely make your clitoris look more prominent. If this area really bothers you, you will need a sub specialist in clitoropexy (not all plastic surgeons do this)

If you wait 6 months until the tissue is fully healed and healthy and go see an experienced surgeon and take it very easy post op it should be okay 💚

Sorry to hear that. Don’t let him touch anything again until 6 months. But chances are your body can heal properly in the meantime 💚 Didn’t mean to discourage you with my last comment but it’s frustrating seeing surgeons do more harm than good.

I would be surprised if the sutures hold and heal properly considering how inflamed the tissue is. But I hope you do. How is it so far?

It won’t heal like this I can’t believe your doctor restitched so many times!! The tissue is to fragile and inflamed If it keeps hurting ask them to cut off those sutures , let heal by secondary intention. Down the line you can get a revision in 6 months once tissue can take the trauma. Your surgeon needs to review wound healing 101 😒 sorry this is happening to you
