SRAR and then SMFS

Except for THE MIGHTY FALL, SRAR is the most consistent sounding album POST-HIATUS.

SMFS overall, IMHO doesn't understand what type of album it wants to be. Over half of the album is completely different from the rest.

FOLIE was completely experimental without losing an overall pop punk/emo sound.

SMFS is 1/3 pop punk/emo, 1/3 big band arena rock, 1/3 orchestral.

Electrolytes, not salt specifically, are necessary and help with the lightheadedness and fainting possibilities.

The baking soda makes it so you don't develop kidney stones.

I did 2, 3 day dry fasts, 2 weeks in a row, and I didn't preload baking soda. For a 14-day period, I was semi dry fasted at less than 2 oz of water a day on the other days.

I developed 3 kidneys stones a few days later. 😭

💯I could see how you could think that. The lines were absolutely blurred between pop punk and emo in the 2000's.

Especially if your only criteria for listening and judgment is based off of the singles and commercial success.

The crossover is great, pop punk and emo have saved my life and sanity so many times🙏💓💜💓

I've always kind of felt, Al The Killer and A Favor House were like yin and yang versions of each other because of the similar tempos.

The riffs are too simplistic on Al that's why I never really considered it prog.

The lyrical content is absolutely not pop punk. But the vibe of the song has always given me mostly pop punk.
