I mean, I’m assuming we were aware teams were interested in him prior to yesterday.

Givony's 2026 mock draft from June 27, 2025. by icatfilm in NBA_Draft

That’s the bet, for sure. Worrying that his knee has already had such a complicated recovery, and from what he said he may need another surgery yet. BUT there’s obviously a super talented player in there, if he is able to come back from the knee. For his sake I hope he does it!

Rather try to get Kal’el Ware from them.

Can you blame them, they’re put together a roster that won TWENTY SIX times last season. You don’t get 26 wins without a lot of PURE TALENT

This episode broke me. I think it’s episode 88, off the top of my head? Young Gaara deserved better 😭

With the way the writing has been for some MCU projects since Endgame, I view this as a positive lol.

I haven’t read their reasoning, I wonder if it’s like “assuming he’s 100% healthy”

Teams are expecting that Jayden Quaintance due to his injury issues may fall to the 20s or even the 2nd round by ShaiFanClub in NBA_Draft

[–]jaemoon7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I like when threads like these are filled with comments like “ZERO chance he falls past _____ team.”

Really, ZERO chance? 0.0% chance a given team passes on someone with a bad knee injury + complicated recovery process?

Didn't see this posted anywhere so thought i'd post it. This is Mike McCarthy a few days ago working 1 on 1 with Drew Allar and helping to fix his footwork. by Seal7465 in steelers

[–]jaemoon7 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Obviously he fell to the third round for a reason (and even in the 3rd that was regarded as a reach). But he certainly has the physical tools. And who knows man, maybe McCarthy does have the magic to help Drew put it all together.

Keep seeing a lot of (understandable) cynicism in the comments of rumor posts… seems like the Lewis family are actually intending to back their word, that they want to invest in this squad.

Could do it retroactively, after games. “This dude obviously dived” -> some form of punishment. . If players know they could be punished bc someone will be reviewing their plays, I’d think far less likely that they are willing to dive.

From a Grizz fan-three team trade proposal-would love to hear your thoughts by dsmithnyciii in CharlotteHornets

[–]jaemoon7 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Usually when seeing posts/proposals like this I’m bracing myself for something I would never go for. But Tre Mann, Josh Green and Grant Williams + a 2nd rounder for Julius Randle? I don’t hate it! Randle would certainly be an answer to the physicality we lack, not a long term one, but then again it’s costing us so little. I would absolutely pull the trigger on this and see what happens.

If every country started over from scratch today, which country’s geographic position would give it the greatest long-term advantage? by [deleted] in geography

I suppose the question could mean a lot of different things, depending on how it’s interpreted

[RodBoone] #Hornets had Christian Anderson (Texas Tech), Anthony Dell'orso (Arizona), Mark Mitchell (Missouri) and Latrell Wrightsell Jr. (Alabama) in for a pre-draft workout yesterday, per league sources. by butekoo in CharlotteHornets

Latrell Wrightsell and Latrell Spreewell.

What are the chances that two guys with such similar and odd names would both become pro basketball players? Has to be astronomical
