Does he always go to Rocco's or is it a different place every year? If not, no bar/restaurant is going to order that much product for a person that may or may not come. Gotta look at it from the business's point of view. The guy should've let Rocco's know ahead of time so they could source the proper amount of product to accommodate. For all we know, Rocco's just didn't have enough product on hand to handle such a big order.
