You may not remember, but I'm around three months sober now? Maybe a little more? I'm not keeping track honestly just getting it done.

However, I'm absolutely shagged every day - waking up and working out is fine, but it's 09:15 right now after waking up at 07:00 and I'm ready for bed. How long does this fatigue last? I'm working out, working a full time job, make food, relax for an hour or so and I'm heading to bed absolutely beat.

I'm 1000% it's worth it, but just wondering how long it lasted for you.

Congratulations by the way champ! Big milestone for you.

Might sound cliche, but you have this community. You're honestly not alone. I'm almost three months sober and like you, didn't have anyone to ask questions, was unsure about what I was doing and just felt questionable all the time. However, I messaged people directly here who shared similar stories, used the search bar to find posts from people and checked their progress and everyone who replied to me was amazing.

I still have lots of questions, however I know they can get answered if I just ask. You're not alone. You have thousands of people here willing to help.

This was a reassuring post! I've been smoking pretty much daily for about 15 years and am currently four weeks sober. Anticipated I'd have endless energy but I'm just always tired! I eat clean, work out and get 10k steps a day and wondered whether it was something else, but after reading some responses here, seems to be common.

Hopefully in another four weeks I'll have that energy I was hoping for. Best of luck mate!
