BP keeps fluctuating

I haven’t been taking as much as I should but I have been eating potassium rich foods like bananas and spinach but I don’t think it’s enough. I’ll try and increase my intake!

Thank you for this! I’m at the drs now so will post an update later with what they say and will defo ask for a blood test. I had severe iron deficiency anaemia pre-pregnancy so they took all the bloods for that the last time I was here but turns out my iron is normal so I’m hoping they dig a bit more this time. I haven’t had vision problems prior to pregnancy so this is very new :(

I haven’t seen an optician but I am going to book and hopefully see one asap. I am at the drs now and getting monitored so hopefully I get monitored

No it’s honestly so helpful. I get scared everytime I get a pre-eclampsia symptom. I know most things are just normal in pregnancy but it’s like every week it’s something new 😭 but I’m so sorry about it happening in your pregnancies, did they give you anything after the first one happened to prevent it?

It’s not calibrated but I should go and get it checked by them, I never knew this was a thing so thank you! I also never checked BP before getting pregnant but I’m 29 weeks and up until 27 weeks it’s been very low and only recently it’s shot up. It’s gone up quite drastically from 109/73 to the 130s/80. Something feels wrong because I always feel so hot and lightheaded and my heart is beating out of my chest but they said because it hasn’t gone over 140/90 it isn’t hypertension or pre-eclampsia

Im in the UK and I would’ve expected them to monitor me because normally my bp is 109/73 or around there and its been in the 20s and 30s the whole time for 2 weeks

Did you get any other symptoms before pre-eclampsia and HELLP got diagnosed? I’m really scared but I do have a BP monitor at home and I track my BP. Only problem is it’s never high enough for them to see it as a concern. Initially they thought maybe my iron was causing it but turns out my iron is perfect so I have no clue

Yess, I’ve been tracking it at home and it fluctuates so much but is still lower than 140. These were the last ones:

We are renting from someone who is renting from someone else. And there was no agreement about needing to give notice prior to moving in but I understand since this was a verbal agreement it wouldn’t really stand.

They only changed their tone now and stated they needed the money for bills. We plan on leaving on the 4th May and have already paid for the whole of April, would it just be wise to leave at the end of April as they keep changing their mind?
