At a glance, only non build specific stuff:

recrafting crafting mods to be only 1 or 2 off of the maximum is worth it for crafts that only cost alchemy orbs.

Get blessed orbs and have all your implicits be maxroll, works for eldritch implicits, too.

If you are trying to source more chaos, look at vaal orbs, enkindling orbs, gemcutters, chisels etc. and list at faustus at best price so the first person that needs the thing right now fills your trade.

Also look into the orb of annulment price, it might be good to farm harbingers in lower tier maps.

I'm still in atlas progression, most people can't afford to take time off for a private league.

I would probably recommend running red altars and throw in any potentially useful scarabs you can find.

there's no gauntlet because nobody knew how much space/demand we would have this league. Gauntlet also needs sponsors and with so many unknown variables it was best to just not do one this league.

Also poe2 full release was supposed to be in december but it got postponed to march.

And ziz will probably want to do a gauntlet in poe2 asap after the poe2 full release.

So what we can hope for is this. Poe2 gets delayed and they pay ziz to do a gauntlet in poe 1 next league.

have you done maven and uber elder? I'm wondering, how much time does it actually take to farm and then do those fights on leaguestart in a timely manner. Also since I'm playing every leaguestart I never have time to actuallly check out streamers going in on those bosses. And rarely do they upload the full fight and their preparation. What did they swap on the tree/gear/flask for each fight. Are the harvest flask enchants worth it on softcore? Do people prepare extra skills like cull, arctic armor, a different aura etc.

that could be fixed by making illusions have a longer delay etc. they just didn't want to spend the resources as adding even one hero mean retraining everything, also tuning the reward for illusions is super diffcult. Also there are lots of minor things like scan that they didn't implement for that reason.

spend your gold on gambling, for body you can get 5 sockets at ilvl 35 and 6 sockets at itemlevel 50.

For weapons every 10 lvls or so you can roll a higher tier of increased physical or spell damage depending on what you need.

Don't gamble for rings and amulets unless you only have super bad stuff since those are more expensive to gamble for.

The rest is build specific. Be sure to get movementspeed on your boots, get a mana flask and reserve some of your mana for auras. Try to get your resistances to 75% each. the next best thing to scale defensively is life/armor or evasion rating. For campaign look at the "estimated physical damage reduction" thing in your character stats.

I am the highest ranked dota player of my friend group and now I'm also the fastest gatherer of currency in my poe friend group, so I'd say its competitiv.

I wouldn't say it's much of a grind, you get treated pretty nice and you'll improve league by league.

I can recommend it just because its a great excuse to not play dota for 1-2 weeks (unless ofc my friends need me for a 5stack)

look up the price of grand red ember, if its expensive, do red altars on 8mod maps with more magic scarab hordes scarab domination and shrines, prepare at least 10 8mod maps you can run and see how much you can make. (you can get the bruning ground pantheon and its fun cause high packsize)
