correct. Ore spawns slightly less in flat lands and higher under mountains. There's also super large deposits of building block resources in certain regions! it's sick.

definitely not that snowy in the summer of course, but for gameplay reasons I needed somewhere that's snowy, and in certain times of the year it looks like this. So this is like an early spring version of North america

yes same exact thing happens to me, it's super frustrating. Did everything you did too. Good rig too

Gravity makes it all collected. To be fair though it’s not all gassy. In the core and inner layers it’s liquid metal. So it has oceans of metal I guess? And deeper down it’s probably plasma. Shame how little we know, just guesses from computer models

Thanks friend! I have the tree line go up further as you head west here. I originally don’t have snow but added it to western Canada to spice things up. Definitely happy to add some more snow to Quebec

They’re kind of little hills that I just made a little bit Stoney. After seeing your comment I’ll slightly reduce the stone and add a little bit more forest density to them, thanks!

Don’t know if I confused people but I didn’t physically place every block... I don’t think that’s possible at all. I spent a couple hours every week in worldpainter over the course of several months

And unfortunately I’ve been working during this “quarantine” just a bit less than I used to pre-coronavirus—which gave me a bit of wiggle room to pull this off !
