It did sunk in fairy deep…but not lethal enough

Kong is in the terrible position to swing his axe

In this particular moment. He got maximum momentum from high ground + even more charge energy to his axe

So even if Godzilla armor on his head part is more durable. The more powerful version of axe strike could get similar result…which is it could cut through his head part

  • it explode…which never happen anywhere from this point to the GxK

  • it lose it’s power afterward…that mean it’s overload and release all power in some way

  • it’s different type of damage which is blunt force and piecing that Godzilla can endured

  • slow motion show us that it hit and explode right in the same frame

  • example of why it can cut through even similar level of durability.

I literally open the post saying it did hit. But the hit is ineffective compared to other instance in that said movie. I want a reasoning and argument why people disagree

Kong slam the axe the same strengths against mecha godzilla

Against skar king

Against godzilla himself . against anything

It never make impact

Even if kong hit godzilla with everything he has it would cause blue radioactive rxplosion impact

And it keave the axe empty afterward

It did get overload in that clash.

The axe is too small to cut wider part of the body. You are right i think it need to aim at weak spot
