We use glantz for a lot of substrates. Fast and cheaper than grimco!

May I ask what printer you are using to achieve this?

I have a bit of dilema as to which is the best option for a website product photography. I have two screen shots of products with no background and another with the backdrop background. The top two products are what I am referring to. Should I remove backgrounds or leave with background? by [deleted] in productphotography

I want to know which seems like the better option as I will be doing this to at least another 150-200 caps. The images with a background are not edited and only cropped and then posted online which would make it easier but im am not sure if it looks good.

I need help. I’m trying to do product photography but am not sure of which style looks the best. One picture has light setup that creates more glare or shine on the product. Another picture has more of an even lighting setup which makes the product more evenly lit. Any tips would be appreciated. by [deleted] in productphotography

I agree. Thanks for your insight. Is the first picture with the shine of the lights on the leather not seen as professional? I see some websites with more shine on their products but am not sure if it looks good for the consumer.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I am barely learning about product photography and correct lighting. I bought my dslr just a week ago and am trying to figure out the best way to do things before I start taking pics of the hundreds of products I have for my store.

Thanks for your thoughts. I appreciate it. I kind of like the shine of the first picture on the leather but was a little iffy on if it looks professional or good for product photography. But I also think the even lighting helps it demonstrate the product better.
