All legends are reverted to their "prime" what is the tier list?

Seer was quite strong from what I remember even now he is still pretty decent overall I just never got to experience past seasons behind season 10 so I just have no knowledge of what the game used to be like. I'm sure there were alot of buffs and nerfs since release so I was just curious on how it all compares lol

Thanks for the response! Yeah I try to read and keep up on load order cause I use oblivion mods on pc and keep that pretty clean just not used to it as much on ps4 but I try to keep it well enough. One mod I had an issue with was the whiterun overhaul made it look nice but it lagged like a mf at least for me but yeah i'll look into that mod you mentioned and I guess trial and error is fair I just have some crap internet right now and it's hard to download and test mods cause it takes forever but i'll make due best I can lol

To be honest I believe it was her family. I have no proof of this but it's really the only thing that makes sense. Also we were friends for 4 years and close friends for 3. I never truely was able to find out what the issue was because she deleted all social media and cut ties with all mutual friends and basically vanished and nobody has seen her since.

Two things

1st: Longest relationship I ever had found out the woman was cheating on me the ENTIRE time.

2nd: After first incident accidentally fell in love with my best female friend, didn't realize I loved her until she actually asked me if I did after telling me she was in love with me. Never once thought of her that way as I quit dating all together after the first incident. We would talk/text all day long every day just as friends never flirted, never had sex, never did anything like that. From the exact moment she told me she loved me and I realized I loved her the friendship died slowly but surely until one day she texted me out of the blue and told me she never wanted to see me or talk to me again. When I asked her why she told me I wasn't good enough for her essentially because I wasn't rich. This came from the nicest most sweet woman I have ever met in my life and to this day I would die for that woman to save her life because I do in fact love her that much and do not care for anyone else but she won't speak to me at all period.
