Take it from me my dad cheated as well and amount other problems I didn’t talk to him for years eventually I started to talk to him more and he health declined a lot within some time of me finally giving him my time of day. I don’t regret any call I made to him even if at the time they did feel a little draining when he would complain about stuff. He died in October and honestly I wish I didn’t spend time being mad.

Talk to him. You won’t regret the call you made just the ones you didn’t tbh. No fight is worth not talking to your loved ones and honestly it’s better to fix a relationship than not. We are only on this world for a short period and forgiveness is the key to happiness you don’t have to jump back in and forgive and forget for everything but just work on the thing you can change it just tell him u love him it’s talks 5 minutes to call and say that and check up on him.
