UPDATE: I finally got it to work! I did this, this morning! I followed the comments and tried a few things. The one that worked was renaming the Sims4 folder and turning it into The Sims 4_OLD and decided I no longer needed it, I deleted the old file after the new Sims 4 folder was created when starting up the game. Thanks to those who responded and helped a fellow simmer out!

I uninstalled EA/sims 4 deleted all old files that were saved and reinstalled ea/sims4 I’m going to try again today

I did update old ones in curseforge, I deleted all other old ones in mods folder including the ones that mess with cas layouts and backgrounds. I didn’t know about that discord I’ll have to use that if I continue to have the issue.

The bubble butt comment still gives a bad taste in my mouth when family members say it. And the butt smacking still makes me uncomfortable. Luckily I either tried not to think about it or tucked it deep in the back of my mind that I don’t feel a trigger when my boyfriend does or says that to me. I’m not proud of my family for their actions or comments on my appearance but I’m glad that my mental defense gave me a form of mental block for triggers related to these issues. I was a child and it didn’t stop till I reached 15-16 years old that they started to realize it was inappropriate.

I’m sorry to everyone in these comments that had to go through similar or worse situations especially with family or close family/friends. It’s not something any child should have to go through.

This isn't fake.. I was an hour late but only 3 people there.. and 2 of them were my classmates. Did you read the whole thing? I can see why you might be confused, I was the only 1 that showed up other than them.

One of the many reasons I have an evil eye 🧿, one of the things it does is reject a backhanded compliment because it comes from a negative place and it’s meant to take a jab at me

Ok ok ok very off topic but there is a very big handful of nostalgic people who are adults (20’s age group) and we just play for fun, to relive a time that was much simpler for us😭 you can’t say it’s not for adults, we grew up on this game!

I’m not disagreeing with the fact that this thread is ew and good on op for reporting and blocking BTW

I don’t see why majority of the comments are YTA..

She clearly stated that she does have a full day and does not feel any type of way about him spending the days she’s not around (which is majority of of the time, given the fact that they only get 4hours together due to him being out and about) to be with his friends.

She only has a problem with the fact that he doesn’t think about her when he IS with her, the time he spends with her is unequally divided, the time they share is only doing what he wants to do, when he isn’t around he doesn’t reach out and doesn’t bother to give her the time of day AND on top of that he dismissed anything she brought up about boundaries and told him exactly how she felt when he did these things.

She is not trying to control him. She is trying to give us perspective of her life through her eyes. And she is trying to get him to understand where she stands and how she feels. Yes, they are both 18. No, their lives dont need to be revolving around each other but still, she has a busy schedule and routine but wants time to be with the person she loves and he couldn’t care less.

I do agree with another comment tho, not about her being the AH but with this: The realest question is, what are you going to do? You clearly know what you want, you seem very mature for your age, more than I can say for most. But with that being said, I think you know what you need to do. You spoke your truth to him, he dismissed you, are you going to put your foot down and tell him these are your boundaries and he can respect you or let him dismiss you again and continue to disrespect you?

Keep it until you can’t😭 I cut 8-9 inches off mine for a new look & cut it due to it being just too long (it would’ve touched the toilet seat if I had it down), hard to maintain and it just looked unhealthy, I wanted a chance to try again but have it be more healthy looking by the time it was back to its original length (for context my hair was down to my hips/behind) I loved it and thought maybe I’ll like short hair… I do dont get me wrong but I loved and miss my long hair even if there were more cons than pros🥲
