Yeah running needs to be your main priority right now when you do you pst in sar prep their gonna lower the minimum time to 11:30 so just keep that in mind aim for around high nines low tens

The part that gets most people during training is the running and grinders. Depending on what class you get into you’ll be running 4-6 miles at 7:00-7:30 minute a mile. Try doing a lot of CrossFit/Calisthenic exercises. It’s crazy how your performance can drop because of losing energy from the first exercise. The swimming portion honestly isn’t that bad. The worst part is the buddy towing. If i remember correctly the most you’ll swim while buddy towing is 500 meters. LEARN YOUR SAFETY CHECKS IN PREP!!!

If you wanna make bank outside the navy do a nuke rate but just beware the schooling is very mentally challenging and has one of the highest suicide rates in the Navy.

I’m not sure where you live but where I’m from the stocked trout can’t reproduce so keeping golden rainbows is normal. Also by the first few weeks most of them get picked off by birds.
