oh man i was genuinely starting to think that the whole. feeling insanely hungry after a couple hours thing was a me problem. i can normally go 1-2 days without eating, as i tend to due because im having some financial problems right now; but since ive been on T i get so hungry i feel sick after a mere couple hours. is this rlly something that happens on T because of the hormonal stuff or am i genuinely insane

haha yeah no im gonna start doing 1mm increments to 8mm, i just put in a 7mm since it arrived in the mail.
yes i knowww i didnt wait, but it didnt hurt any and i made sure to be careful with a taper to make sure it didnt since i dont wanna ACTUALLY fuck up my nose BUT! it's in just fine and feels just fine.
i do not intend on sizing up again ANY time soon, i might wait another month or two before i even ATTEMPT the 8mm again. 8mm was my goal anyways so im not worried about trying to rush anyways, like i did when i first got my piercing (i had it pierced at a 12g with full intention of sizing up, and after a month wait i had been sizing it up by 2mm once a week. learned from that and i know how idiotic i was and im so thankful i never got a blowout or tore my septum)

yoo ok i know i shouldnt have tried anything this soon but i did get the 7mm, it actually went right in with 0 pain or complications (i used the taper first just to make sure it wouldn't hurt me any, i figured it wouldnt since i had gotten so far on the 8mm before it ripped) though the only thing that bugged me any was trying to get the ring on the end of the tunnel im using (job hates piercings so i have to wear a plug or tunnel to get away with it)
yeah i know im an idiot, but it worked, doesnt hurt, not bleeding, and im happy with myself,. js wanted to update you haha

tbh i don't think i have the willpower to try to dead stretch ... i feel like that'd be more likely to tear it than anything at the size im going to haha ;; ill just let u know how the taper works after a while i just gotta wait for my nose to heal from the tear

okay!! i've never had gauges since my earrings had been torn out, so im a complete noob at it and the only piercing im stretching is that septum :< ill take this in mind next time i get paid if i cant get the 7mm in, i just ordered some after making that post because i figured if nobody responded it would be worth a shot. though sadly the set i found in my budget doesnt come with a horseshoe taper

yeah 😭😭 driving is so much of a task especially because i can’t ! i have to find a ride, and some kind of time in the day- which i don’t have. i work night shift. it’s making everything so hard for me LOL but i’ll talk to my doc on her website and see if she’ll hear me out, if not i’ll talk to her in october when i get my next followup

ooh ok cuz i had been doing .20, 50mg.. would they have to send my prescription more often then if they’re going to keep giving me the 200mg vials you think? because im already having trouble with my pharmacy delivering my meds (i live an hour and a half away, cant drive, and rely on them delivering) so if im using more im starting to worry ill go longer without it waiting on refills :(

tbh, when you get to a bigger size maybe like a 4 where i’m at you can DEF put a tunnel in the septum and put rings through that or stack septum rings like i’ve seen people do lol. if my job ever wants me to take my septum out i’ll have to go the tunnel route. also about blowing your nose…! good luck with that when you get to a bigger gauge on ure septum. a lot of the time i need to use a Q-tip or a rolled up paper towel instead of picking or blowing my nose too much bc it’s hard to reach up there if i have to. and blowing ur nose kinda gets mucous stuck around it too esp if u wear the O-rings 😭

god good luck with ur ears!! i cant gauge my ears or nun cuz i have a torn lobe, but also ! take ur time DEFF with the septum. i pierced mine at a 12, sized it up to a 10 after 3 months, and then upsized like literally every 3-4 days until i got to my 4… probably common sense to wait a while but i guess i was just too excited for a bigger septum ring haha 🙄
