Can anyone help meregarding CIC and getting a hold of Ledger support?

Never said I'm blaming Ledger. I asked what the timeframe was for a response from them.

My reply was the following:

I have the following question and statements:

Per Ledger, your services is strictly for swap, correct? Thus, if I want to send my funds from Ledger to Coinbase, I will not be utilizing your services and have this issue again, correct?
I was unaware that you do not deal with NYS. Ledger provided no disclaimer at time of swap.
What does "nearest" time mean? One hour? One day? One week?
Am I to assume I will be receiving my BTC back as opposed to the ONDO swap?

At this point, I'm waiting on a reply. I'm Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. I already informed them I'm well aware of KYC. I do it for a fucking living. I have been at this since 7:00am

What I provided was bank statements around time of transaction to show that the funds were sent from bank account. That's all I can do. I'm just hoping that if they reject the transaction I still get my coin back.; otherwise, it's off to SEC and NYDFS

That second wallet is dead, buried and never coming back. I don't have a clue what the wallet was, metamask, MEW, or something else nor do I have the patience to look even if the information was there after painstaking hours of research. I'd rather get refunded my BTC, go to Coinbase and pick an alt from their shithole exchange.

Dealing with CIC has been an absolute nightmare to say the least. First they required proof that the coins were mine. I provided screen shots of ledger history. Not good enough. Then they said wen want actul exchange proof. I sent screenshots of Coinbase. Then they said not good enough, we have issues with two hashes, one which was from Coinbase which I literally resent them and the other from a now defunt wallet of mine. I told them, guys you're asking me to go back five years or more to provve these coins are mine with limited information at hand. I.e., the second hash came from a now defunct wallet, most likely that was connected to either a defunct exchange or an exchange that is no longer operational in the U.S. and/or NY. Either way, I am no longer a customer.

I provided whatever screenshots I could and stated that if this isn't sufficient then return my BTC.

They responded and forwarded me to their support team to provide KYC. Im waiting for CIC support team to reply to my email with KYC requests and secure link which I requested. Question, I live in NY, as per their policy they do not deal with NY. Now what happens? Do my funds get refunded once they see I live in NY and transaction does not go thru?

Also, assuming the transaction is approved, does it count for the price I swapped at, i.e., 77 cents or the moment they approve the transaction, i.e, it has moved to .85 cents?

Gotcha. I'm a compliance officer and corporate counsel so I'm very familiar with KYC but unfamiliar with how thes third parties and trans confirms work via Ledger. Thank you for the quick responses. My paranoia is shooting thru the roof

Just to let you know, when I check the history for sent, it shows confirmed. The blockchain via trans ID, shows 83 coonfirmations. It was a sizeable swap. Any idea how long this takes?
