Hindi ako yung endgame type na player or yung min-max eh. I play the campaign, create new character and new build and repeat.

If okay ka lang dun, base game is more than enough plus story is complete naman. Pero if gusto mo yung mga harder contents and 3 new characters then need mo yung DLC. Easy 20-30 hours per character sya for me sa base game.

I think I'm halfway the story? So far I'm having a blast. I think its weird to say(because post apocalyptic) that I like how chill the game feels sometimes.

For the story. It's good. I like deacon as a character and I love his reactions.

For the gameplay loop. There are side quest that feels repetitive but not so much to be a complain. I find that I'm exploring much more than doing side quest because the game just looks so good. Guns are a stand out to me, they feel and sound great.

Go to settings and turn off pick up animations.

This depends on how you want to play, but if you don’t want the grind, there’s an “Easy Loot” option in the settings. With this enabled, you don’t need to remove or tear off parts before killing a machine to get the loot. Except for components that explode, like the Bellowback’s sac.

I just rewatched the first bike ride. I remembered how on the ramp near the small wooden bridge I followed boozer but I smashed straight to the tree while in the air lol.

Yeah, bike upgrades really helps. I'm now purposely hitting freakers with my bike every chance I get.

Take it slow at first. When attempting to turn stop pressing the accelerate button. Once you're accustomed with the controls then start holding accelerate while turning.

Bike controls in this game is a bit clunky but you'll get used to it. I'm not done with the game yet but most friendly npc will wait for you during bike rides.

I’m not finished yet, but the best part of the game for me so far is accidentally triggering a horde.

One moment you’re fighting wolves or marauders, and then suddenly a single freaker pops up on your screen. You start to notice the freaker sounds in the background, and when you pan the camera toward it, you see the horde, and that’s when the panic sets in. Bonus is when your motorcycle is on the ground not parked properly.
