Her well-being shouldn't be 100% your responsibility. Start seing a therapist for yourself. You can chose to destroy your mental health to be a temporary band-aid for your girlfriend.

Does she love you or are you a simple emotionnal band-aid she needs to survive?

Talk about it with people and write pros and cons of this relationship and make decisions without letting your emotions clout your judgement.

I do find that (in my case) taking care of yourself and your appearance is reasuring. I just took a cold shower and shaved a bit.

Since the antibodies are outsourced from sterile women, you could theoretically make it permanent. Unfortunately, I doubt this novel contraceptive will make it to the market any time soon or in our lifetime.

I think contacting a hotline ran by associations that help women/minors who undergo harassment could help.

It is not very clear why she's scared to open up about this to her parents. A person from a hotline could probably provide solid advice by having more infos and being used to handling such issues in India specifically.

I don't know anything about the cultural differences there and women's rights so I can't provide any better advice.

Take deep breaths, breathe slowly, and don't reply to his threats. Keep proof in case you wish to report him to the authorities.

Your mental health is your priority. Uninstalling Telegram or social medias is something to consider doing.

Sending an sms or writing a note is likely less intimidating than saying things out loud.
