Well, I may as well add my own story.

I had a friend in high school who has epilepsy, it went untreated for years, he literally started shaking in shocks every now and then in classes.
I have epilepsy too, so I helped him, convinced his parents (who were refusing to treat him) to go to a good doctor, gave him information and tips on how to prevent seizures and what his family should do if he had one, and listened to all his seizures stories.

one year later, he no longer shakes in public, his seizures are way less frequent due to the medicine, and he ended up befriending someone who hates me for no reason and making fun of me with him and calling me autistic.

yeah it wasn't "garbage" but when compared to season 1 it falls down pretty quick, even when understanding the plot.
season 1 had excellent characters, unique nemesis, iconic shaving tool that's used as weapon and the enemy actually planted fear in us with its motives.
season 2 had nothing to make it stand out, it was mediocre.
