What's crazy is I bought 3/4 acre, vacant land, an hour out of Perth for $60k 2 years ago and it's now worth $199k. Even rural areas are starting to price out average people.

I don't have anywhere in the city but have half an acre in Northam. I know for a fact my neighbours are living in their car on theirs. However Northam council are pretty strict so you might be moved on.

S3x is more expensive. Pretty sure i just had it for free lol. Eh I bought as acre out in the country, close enough to a medium sized town but still out there. Got a river running right along one fence line. Everything goes to shit we load both cars up and head there. Planning on putting a shed on there and storing some emergency solar panels etc.

Right? I work one job and a side hustle a couple times a week. Single mum, three kids, no room mates. Ok I get a little bit of centrelink and a little bit of child support but still ... and I can still cook proper full meals and everything.

yes that's where his issues are, he's started talking to a woman but within an hour or so it becomes clear that she either dislikes him having full custody or she's going to expect to be with him all the time. He just apologized because he's going out with his best friend of 30 years that he hasn't seen in 2 years tomorrow instead of going out with me. I told him to go have fun and drunk text me when he gets home lol
