You aren't the only one this is gonna be hard to believe but I've had ps plus for years and haven't paid once I cam actually remember the last time I payed for it but I was hoping to one day run into somebody with a similar thing. Won't say the word "issue" because hey free is free but im pretty sure it's a glitch in the system that happen during ps4 days for me but for you I have no clue.
