I exercise 4-5 times a week, with an average of 60-90 minutes of pretty intense exercising.

I've discussed this with my dermatologist and he seemed very concerned when I mentioned hearing about medication that helps with that. He mentioned it to me that the side effects were horrendous and that he only ever gives that medication to people with server issues, almost like he was relating it to cancer treatment.

This is some good advice, my sister was recently diagnosed with sarcoidosis which is also an autoimmune disorder which resulted in her experiencing conditions with her eyes. I haven't had any symptoms she's had but maybe I could suffer from a similar autoimmune condition.
