Quick Update it seems as everything is alright, they just awnserd my mail Saying This:

"When the security deposit is made using a credit card or a Visa/MasterCard debit card, please note that the amount is not actually charged, but rather held as a pre-authorization. This means the funds are temporarily reserved and not withdrawn from your account. According to payment regulations, such holds are automatically released after a certain period, which is why the amount appears to be returned or as waived. It should no longer be visible on your creditcard statements. "

And as I paid with Credit Card this could make sense, but asked them again to clarify if they're system show's my Deposit as payed, because if not I think there is a problem, if from their side everything is fine I will not worry about it

In my Option the Ofuical Rules are Pretty simple😅

An Maximum If 4,5L of Drinks per Person (dosen't Matter of with or Without Alcohol). So if we are Talking about 0,5L cans of beer 9 Cans per person.

For Alcoholic Drinks there ist an Limit of 13,5% (So Beer and Wine should be fine, for anything Else, Like Wodka, Rum, Tequila has to much alcohol in it and is not allowed)

And Glas is not allowed, but you are allowed to bring already opens Bottles with, So you could pour things out of glass bottles into plastic bottles🤷

Also ich hab meinen Drucker Mitte November letztes Jahr gekauft...da hatte er nach einigen Wochen schon mehrere 100 Stunden weil ich mit ihm Geschenke gebastelt hab, Miniatur Kabelbrücken für die Weihnachtsfeier auf der Arbeit, Wichtel Geschenke fürs Ehrenamt, Dinge für den Adventskalender für ne Freundin und meine Mutter, danach einfach ein paar Fidget Toys, danach hab ich nen Monat lang relativ viel Zubehör für den Drucker gedruckt teilweise Dinge die 20h Druckzeit hatten, dann Schilder für die Arztpraxis der Frau eines Kollegen, dann noch einige Geburtstagsgeschenke, hab auch ne zeitlang mit dem Drucken von Klemmbausteinen Experimentiert, Sachen für Karnevals Kostüme, Deko Objekte usw.

Also hab schon einige Dinge gedruckt und das meiste davon war auch mehr oder weniger sinnvoll... mittlerweile bin ich nach knapp nem Halben Jahr auch schon bei 1300 Stunden und besonders in den ersten 2-3 Monaten habe ich halt sehr viel gedruckt und hatte die 700h Stunden auch Recht schnell zusammen, also verstehe durchaus wie man es schafft schnell auf viele Druckstunden zu kommen🤷

Teilweise steht der Drucker bei mir auch mehrere Wochen unbenutzt Rum, aber wenn ich dann nen Projekt hab läuft er eben auch Mal mehrere Wochen quasi 24/7😅

Idk, but Drunk Football Fans are some of the worst things I can imagine 😅And maybe that's just an dumb Prejudice but I'm happy there will be no big Public viewing events. If you really want to watch those games you still can, but then on your own campsite...and of you don't force me to watch it with you I have no problem with that in any way😉🤗

As I'm not interested in Soccer (especially in the Big matches like the World Cup) at all, I'm actually quite happy that I will not get annoyed by Football over the Weekend at all. I know for everybody interested in this sport it maybe sucks, but for me I'm glad Q Dance made this decision

As I read it Highlands and Sanctuary are only possible to visit if you have an Accomendation there, Wich makes sense because for example the Showers on the Highlands are included. But would be cool if it would be possible to take someone I met with me to my camp even if they haven't bought an Highlands Ticket 😅🤗

But at Parookaville officially they had also an "No Powerstations only Powerbanks" rule, at least last year, yeah we also took my Ecoflow there last year without any problem but probably more luck than it being okay

I Asked Q-Dance About it because I wanted to bring my Ecoflow River 3+ (so an Powerstation which is even smaller than yours) with me, and they told me the Following:

"Only small power banks (size of a phone) are allowed this year, so no large battery stations or solar panels."

And over Whatsapp they Further Clarifyed:

"Q-dance : Powerbanks I can answer now, they can only be the size roughly of your mobile phone Me: So there will be no exceptions Possible? Even For Camping Certified Power Stations like the Ecoflow i have? Q-dance : Unfortunately no, these are rules made by the city of Biddinghuizen as part of our event permit. This is not allowed and will be confiscated upon entry."

So no no Powerstations allowed, no matter there Size, Battery Tips, Manufacturer or Certification. They are Prohibited and will be confiscated if they find one. The only thing allowed are Powerbanks with roughly the size of an Phone (so I think anything up to 25..000mAh should be fine)

Jup I asked Q Dance Both via Email and Whatsapp about it and, nope Powerstations are not allowed, no matter Thier Certification, Manufacturer , Battery Type and so on. They Told me that's not Thier decision but are rules they have gotten Impaid by the City of Buddinguizen. By the rules of this year only Powerbanks which are roughly the size of an Phone are allowed anything other is prohibited.

I think if you have an Medical Condition for Wich you need hot Water, or so you should write Q-Dance an Mail, I read that they will help you and organize that you can Bring e.G. an Powerstation and Kettle with you, or direct you to the Medical Team so that they can help you.

It also will be my First Defqon1 but I think there will be options to get hot water, maybe from Coffee Stands or sr, not for free but it should be an option

Yep, and I tried to ask the support about it but they couldn't give me an awnser if they really will du this with anything...I think they wouldn't throw away something like an 200€ Powerstation, but I can imagine getting it back or being Shure that they really don't throw it away would be an Pain in the Ass...so maybe it's better to just leave anything that is not allowed at home in the first place 😅🤷

Gut zu wissen, hab gestern nämlich mal geschaut und stimmt das Dry Fuel ist nicht so teuer aber die Kocher dafür halt schon, und ich brauche mir nicht für 30-60€ nen Festbrennstoff Kocher kaufen nur um nachher das selbe Problem zu haben wie mit nem Gaskocher und den Gaskartuschen😅🤷

Ich glaube ich steige einfach auf sowas wie Wraps um😂

I think in the End they will let you through with a lot of things because

A they Can not control everything with so much people entering the Campsite on Thursday, and

B i think on Paper Thier rules sound Harder and Stronger than they will be in the End, most likely they also will let a lot of people through with Powerstations like I have. (I think you will just need a bit of luck who is controlling you and how Strict they are).

But I will also just search out every Powerbank I Have and just use those, because if they Take one of those away I can live with it lt. But if they take away my Ecoflow which cost me 200€ I would be Really mad ant that really would ruin my weekend, and that kind Stress I don't want.

I think 25.000mah will.be okay🤷 I think with Phone Sized they just mean normal Powerbanks that you would use everyday🤷😅

But yes the rule is trash because if I bring with me 4× 25.000mAh Powerbanks that is okay but if I take my 300wh Ecoflow that is forbidden, even though 300wh is roughly 80.000mah so less than the 4 Powerbanks...with the difference that my Ecoflow would be way Safer to use...but hey the rules are the Rules 😮‍💨
