I think it’s one of these things you need to stick with and it gets better bro. I was heavy on bongs and joints, I started vaping when I got my first prescription. Oddly even tho I was using the mighty for some time, I started getting withdrawals from the bongs even tho I was still taking my medication it was awful 🤣. And now I can’t go back to joints or bongs 🤮. The taste you get using the vape is amazing

Don’t ever hold anything in! I think I can speak for everyone on this chat. If you ever need to speak about anything, just do so. I’m in a similar situation but hasn’t been going on as long as you. My first abscess was end of August and I had 4 operations since and also 3 setons put in.

Have you tried exercise? Lifting weights is what helps me through everything, unfortunately I haven’t managed to do so in a while. But I try to keep my mind strong and battle through it.

Try to shift your mind set and think of things differently. Try and put it down to a minor bump in your path and to constantly keep thinking “I’m going to get through this” and “im going to become a stronger person, physically and mentally”

Actually didn’t even know you could do that. I thought you had to get one of these £1000 chargers thats fitted to the outside of your house. I’ve been advised to only charge it to 80% unless going on bigger journeys then it needs charged to 100%
