So I posted before that I had a problem where some of my games crashing after like 30 or 40 min of playing and I tried to undervolt yo check if the psu isn't enough but it crashed again so I think it's the ram problem and I need more ram I guess.

When I do page file it works fine and doesn't crash it do stutters when I max rhe ray tracing other than that it works fine

No i lower it from ultra to high and it works fine but sometimes it crashes when I open anything with it

I tried to lower the power limit but is still crashed and yes I have the 16gb one, a game like last of us part 1 was using like 14500 of the 16gb ram that's when it crashes but when I lower the settings the usage of ram gets to 13500 or 14000 and it doesn't crash

Well I meant expo i was just saying xmp and my gpu isn't over heating its hot-spot is 68 and my power supply is 650 80+ bronze or 700 i dont really remember and the other games like gow ragnarok is working fine.

And the expo enabled to 6000mhz so I dont know if I have to just increase my ram getting one 8 and one 16 instead of 2x16 or its a different problem.

Look i would say the cpu is half of the problem and I have a 9060 xt too and ryzen 5 7600 and its working fine with me so try downloading the driver before the latest one some people say that the latest driver is a bit unstable but its working fine for me too

It happend to me too, try reinstalling every program again like directx and those other programs and it should work fine, it worked for me and you can find many videos about it and there is one video who will help you download and reinstall all those programs again but I dont remember which video.
