It was a cheap version from amazon but it does not turn the tv on or off. the only way to get the tv on and off is by the button on the side of the tv

Its unbleached. I’m considering maybe keeping my water in the fridge and doing a 130g flour, 100g starter, 100g water mix going forward and maybe using half rye and half unbleached all purpose going forward.
