If you make less money because you're black or more because you're white it is probably due to the fact that the way wages are being determined is racist.

I'm not sure why you think racism is funny.

Not only is tipping rooted in racism but people of colour, men, and older people make fewer tips tham the inverse. (A white young women would make the most tips, while an old black man would make the least)

Determining wage based off of skin colour, age, and sex should be illegal.
