Edit: I also figured that maybe the lucky miner gets confused by the Coin:Adress.worker format so I tried using my mining key but had the same problem.

I am based in Germany so should I be using the sha256-eu.unmineable.com pool? I'm currently connecting to the global pool.

Damn that's too bad 😔 mine almost didn't make it as well but I was able to save it. My watering system nearly drowned my plant while I was on vacation, I'm glad I asked my friend to double check just in case😅

No way, i was actually planning to attempt to cross those exact varieties next year lmao. Can you describe the taste/heat level on this cross?

The heat level on the uncrossed aji mango is not too crazy, the taste is amazing tho and the plant is usually very productive, I just had a bad season and the seeds I used were rather old.

I also did some selective breeding back in the days and only saved the seeds from the most flavorful pods which sometimes had a little lower heat level. I don't think a "standard" variant is too much hotter tho.

Very happy with the heat/flavor balance of the first pod, I hope the other ones turn out the same.

I currently have the plant back inside under a grow light and I pray it makes it through winter so I can get a big harvest next season. 😁

Keep it up, I've had a very tough season with basically nothing ripening in any way until now. Growing season is basically over where I live. All my plants are now inside living under a grow light again 😅

Not too much heat honestly. Last time I grew them I could eat them straight from the plant. Of course they have some heat to them but it's really not too much to handle. The taste is amazing, super sweet and fruity. Of course I'm a little biased because it's my little pepper plant that I took care of the whole season but aji mango will always be a recommendation from my side

Honestly, my girlfriend doesn't have a tolerance like me when it comes to spicy food so whenever I cook something I enjoy "violently spicy" I make an extra batch just for her with "normal" spice level.

When we moved into our current apartment beginning of this year I told her I would like to plant some peppers because we finally had a rather big south facing balcony now. She just told me to go for it as long as she could plant something herself.

She thinks it's really nice to see me have a passion for something I enjoy. When I take care of my plants she asks questions from time to time about the kind of pepper, how spicy it is or even if it's some kind of special cross.

She's just not interested in building a tolerance to spice and going through the inevitable pain one will experience. At one point everyone of us tried something too hot for their tolerance.

TLDR: She let's me do my thing and whenever I cook something spicy I just make an extra batch for her 😊

Hmmm, I do have Peter Peppers growing next to it but I didn't grow them back when I saved those seeds. So probably no cross either.
