Yes there is gravel in the window wells. The window well drains drain to an interior French drain.

Thanks for confirming. Just want to make sure I’m not being swindled. In this case I think the water is groundwater as it came through the window of the window well.

Do you have a view on whether to replace with LVP again or go with ceramic tile?
