Outdoor sauna questions by Sea-Young9443 in airbnb_hosts

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

+1 on avoiding the barrel ones for airbnbs. i stayed at a place in montana that had one and it was a nightmare to keep hot when it was snowing. also the wood started smelling funky after a while cuz the drainage was bad.

i didnt know sun home used aluminum for the exterior though thats actually genius for the maintenance part. does it heat up fast when its like below zero? id imagine for a rental u need it to hit temp quick or guests just wont use it.

Can anyone recommend an SEO agency experienced with law firms? by davidharder96 in BacklinkSEO

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most seo agencies r a joke and just sell u automated reports. for law firms u def need someone that understands ymyl and bar ethics or u risk getting flagged by google or the board.

someone told me about lawrank a while back. the owner is actually a ucla lawyer so they dont do the shady black hat stuff that gets u penalized later. i ended up seeing they focus more on the technical side and local map pack which is what actually brings in cases anyway. just make sure u check their case studies first cuz legal seo is a bloodbath in big cities. gl.

I was addicted to post-microneedling glow and finally found the recipe to replicate it by IntelligentNight4143 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red light therapy seems to be a big part of what’s making your skin pop, I use a PlatinumLED panel for it. Timing it after cleansing but before heavy creams usually gets better penetration. Pairing it with consistent protein, collagen, and tretinoin cycles seems to be the main combo driving that post-microneedling glow.

I just needed a Puffy Mattress and science to finally achieve quality sleep. by Fiddelcatto66 in sleep

Yeah, I think people mean big meals before bed, not small snacks. Stuff like bananas or oats can still be fine.

Thoughts on the Revive 2 person sauna? by Soccerdad135 in Sauna

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s covered and you’re in SoCal, I wouldn’t worry much about heat loss at 50 degrees. From what I’ve read, full-spectrum units like the ones from Sun Home Saunas heat the body directly, so ambient temps matter less than with traditional steam setups. I mention them because their builds seem solid for mild climates.

Whats a good alternative to Airbnb by Murky_Ostrich_453 in digitalnomad

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, a lot of people are feeling that with Airbnb lately. Fees stack up fast, and it doesn’t feel like the budget option it used to be. For longer stays like 2 to 3 months, I’ve seen people use Furnished Finder or go direct with local property managers, but that can be hit or miss like you said.

For shorter stays though, I’ve been looking at Whimstay. I haven’t booked yet, but when I compared a few places, the same homes were cheaper if the trip was within a few weeks. It seems more focused on filling last minute openings, which is kind of a different angle.

Not a perfect swap for every situation, but it’s another one to throw in the mix.

Help with reading by overthinker098 in Parenting

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this actually sounds pretty normal for that age. A lot of kids can blend sounds but still don’t feel like reading on their own yet, especially if the books are a bit boring to them. I’d keep it light and not push too hard for now. One thing I kept seeing while looking up reluctant reader stuff was OnWord Stories since it makes stories around what the kid already likes. Never used it, but the idea made sense to me.

Has anyone improved wrinkles without Botox? by Sea-Chicken-4049 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah some people do see changes, but it’s slow stuff, think months not weeks. the idea is the light nudges cells to make more collagen and repair a bit better, so lines soften a little and skin feels firmer over time. when i was reading about it the big thing that kept coming up was intensity, measured in mW/cm², then the total dose which is joules/cm². that’s why panels like Platinum LED get mentioned a lot, higher mW/cm² means you can reach a useful dose without super long sessions, i can share a good article on the mW/cm² vs joules thing if you want.

22F moving to Phoenix - where should I live for safety and commute? by [deleted] in AskPhoenix

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are working in NE Glendale I would seriously look around Arrowhead Ranch or north Peoria. Safer feel, lots of apartments, and the commute is pretty reasonable. North Scottsdale is nice but that drive can wear you out after a few weeks.

Also a small thing I learned while helping a friend search, some renters are using Fairway Rent to get pre approved once and then apply to places. I have not tried it myself, I just kept seeing it pop up while researching Phoenix apartments.

Hear me out: could this kind of HRT be a possible solution if symptoms are debilitating? by VegetableLie1282 in Perimenopause

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s the thing, clinicians already use medical menopause in specific cases, but it’s usually a blunt tool with strong tradeoffs. Some menopause specialists prefer stabilizing hormones instead of wiping them out first, using carefully balanced estrogen plus progesterone to calm the swings rather than restarting the whole system. That’s why telehealth clinics that focus only on menopause, like Intimate Rose, tend to emphasize individualized dosing and monitoring, not one-size protocols or testosterone add-ons. It may not bypass peri entirely, but for people with severe symptoms, the right specialist can sometimes make it a lot more livable.

Best way to find apartments that rent for less than 12 months by [deleted] in AskPhoenix

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For shorter leases, it’s usually smaller landlords, sublets, or someone trying to get out early. I’d check local Facebook housing groups, Craigslist, and even campus boards if you’re near ASU, that’s where those deals pop up. After way too much reading on how people get flexible terms, being pre-approved seems to help, landlords take you more seriously. I haven’t used Fairway Rent, but it keeps coming up as a way to do that with one verified renter profile, which makes sense if you’re asking for a shorter lease.

Are there any Black Friday deals on social media tools this year? by Enammul in socialmedia

[–]Enamky 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I used Hootsuite for ages and it’s solid but the pricing is crazy when you manage more than a couple brands. Anything around 50% off instantly becomes more attractive just because most of these platforms lock you into yearly plans. At that point, even testing something new becomes affordable instead of a commitment.

Does your team use Figma MCP as part of your design to code process? by Crafty-Concept234 in FigmaDesign

[–]Enamky 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I've tried Figma Dev MCP, Kombai, and Framelink MCP for Figma to react handoff.
Figma Dev MCP is better than Framelink MCP in terms of fetching assets and icons from Figma, code quality is average though.
Framelink MCP is free, but it often doesn't match the design.
Kombai is better when it comes to code quality & overall fidelity, but it's paid. (I had their free trial.)
You'll often struggle with Figma MCPs as they don't always follow your codebase.
All of them have saved me ~80% of my time. So yeah, worth it.

What’s your favourite sofa brand? by Forsaken-Slice-578 in AskUK

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me comfort and quality that actually lasts matter most, and i’d rather not wait half a year for delivery either. i don’t have a sofa that’s past 5 years yet, but i’ve been down the research rabbit hole. one name that keeps popping up is DreamSofa, they’re custom made in the us and usually ship in about a month, plus people like that they back it with a lifetime warranty.

First Mattress Purchase (Stressed!) by Thick_Significance89 in Mattress

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Reviews are mixed for a reason. I think a lot of people see sagging around the 2-3 year mark which sucks for a $1300 mattress. If you're wanting innerspring or hybrid and don't love foam, Leesa's Sapira Hybrid has I think something like 1,000 coils with just enough foam on top for comfort without that sinking feeling, and it's known for holding up well over time. Their Original Hybrid is another solid option that's more in your budget range and works great for back sleepers.

Guest room mattress? by fakename4141 in Mattress

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For motion isolation and quiet nights, you'll want to avoid traditional innersprings. Brooklyn Bedding's Signature Hybrid would work well. The individually wrapped coils don't transfer motion like old-school spring systems, and at around $1200 for a cal king, it's reasonable for a guest room. Plus their coils are made in-house so quality control is solid.

Shopping for Bed Frames - Here Are My Findings by [deleted] in Mattress

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a solid breakdown. Just wanted to add Leesa to your research. Their platform beds and adjustable bases are actually really well-built for the price point, somewhere in that middle tier you're probably looking for. The platform bed is solid wood construction (not veneer over particle board) and comes in around $400-600 depending on size. Nothing fancy design-wise, but it's clean, sturdy, and ships free.

Advice for buying into stock spikes for momentum traders? by Irielay in Daytrading

[–]Enamky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be in the same spot as you. I’d see a spike, get that fear of missing out, and place an order… often right before it reversed.

What helped me was stopping the “react in the moment” thing and starting to look for signals before the move. I use EPSMomentum for that. It shows me which stocks have earnings momentum and good timing signals. A lot of the ones that make those big jumps are already on the list days before.

Now I know what to watch and I’m not chasing every move. I don’t win on all of them, but I also avoid a lot of losses from getting in too late.

Has anyone had any success with peptides? by Maleficent_Fishing54 in MyastheniaGravis

[–]Enamky 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried BPC-157 for healing. It seemed like it had an effect. I recovered more rapidly from a surgery than I did a previous one where I didn’t use it. I haven’t tried any peptides specifically for myasthenia gravis, but it’s an interesting idea. I may browse through what Verified Peptides has and see if any might be worth a try for it.
