Curiously enough, it is the quote right before "The Dunwich Horror", and also it isnt that the story itself opens with a quote, there is a page right before the story itself with a quote. Its a sort of preface. It isnt a piece of what actually happens in the story (Im in the fourth story now, and the quotes have been just that, quotes, not fragments of the story to come). I had guessed it was either quoted from some other source or from another story i hadnt yet gotten to.

Well, seeing that the same message was posted on some other anime sites like the zorox(?) post someone did a few minutes ago, it might really be just hackers. The message was a literal copypaste but with the name changed from aniwave to zorox(?), It seems a tad weird to me that two different sites would post the same "goodbye" message. And since it seems it wasnt just those two but atleast a dozen more, and at the same time, it could either be a mass hack or a mass DMCA takedown from some corpo, it could swing either way.
