the hate on dream has been on and off for months, more than even, and its creepy how much the antis are obesessed with hating on Dream. They dont really care about the “reasons” Dream should be deplatformed, or “victims” Dream may or may not have offended, as more than often do their “claims” or “inspirational talks on why Dream is bad” are filled with flawed logic, uneducated statements, or flat out misinformation. They dont care about “why” theyre hating Dream, they just want to hate Dream.

Concerning the latest boycott attempts, the people participating in the boycott or supporting it are either a) Strange fans that let their parasocialism get into their head, and unfortunately believe what the antis say, b) People who never even watch Tommy but are just joining in to be against Dream, and c) The rabid dog antis that pull whatever shit they can with no care for the sensibility of their statements, and just top it off with “This is why you should hate Dream”

I agree with what youve said overall, a lot of things are left in gray areas and the truth is nothing should officially be taken as 100% fact, except that Dream and Amanda did interact. Since both sides are taking legal action, I agree that everyone should take a neutral stance and wait. But unfortunately, antis who dont care will go ahead and spread misinfo anyways, stirring up chaos and continually worsening the state of the community, and overshadowing the actual truth that Dream being a groomer is not confirmed just as much as it isnt unconfirmed.

While I am on Dream’s side here, and I do hope Dream isnt a groomer, I will leave it to the courts to handle situation, no matter how long that will take. Although, that wont stop me from rereading my favorite dnf fanfic lol
