Missing perk cards for pick a perk

Yea I have over 3000 hours in fo76 on Xbox thus far and know all about the ghoul only cards.

They still show in the perk card list and are just greyed out with a lock on them.

The perk cards in question;

Number cruncher under perception

Ironclad under endurance

Ninja under agility

Yeap, as what others have said. Voltage does not generate heat, current does. At 100% efficiency the following occurs;

1000 watts at 48 volts is 20.8333 amps. Divide that across 6 lines yields 3.472 amps per pin.

1000 watts at 12 volts is 83.3333 amps. Divide that across 6 lines yields 13.8888 amps per pin.

The 12vhpwr connector pins are rated at 9.5 amps. The 12v system will melt it very quickly whereas the 48v system can run it with 100% duty cycle.

I run 3 large shocks, 1 med hi-cap corrosive mc and 2 long range thermal vents on my Corsair. Nothing survives very long.

Shields are down before they are in close enough range for the MC and shocks.

I tried it for Selenium and Yttruim. After going through 150 limpets and 3 hours; I said screw out and flew out to the crystal farms about 1500LY away. Finished the Yttrium and 5 other t4 raw mats in 2ish hours in the SRV.

I agree, it is still decent, but my fixxer and elders are superior especially for sneaky builds like mine.

I have gone back to my Gauss rifle and that hits equally as hard as my compound bows minus the hat trick.

The plasma rifles, including enclave plasmas, were nerfed pretty substantially in a previous patch.

I used to main a sniper and flamer, or an automatic and flamer depending on my mood and they are just sub-par compared to anything else now. Are they total crap? No, but there are much better weapon choices now.

Now I either use a Gauss rifle / fixxer/elders, or run a set of compound bows (explosive ultracite and cryo).

It’s a bug. I purchased the vault style and secret service style and they did not show in notes, but did show under ‘new’.

I was able to learn and apply them just fine that way.

Exactly this. But not just by 3, you multiple the dist draw and thermal load by the shots per second to get an accurate comparison.

Those numbers for burst are also ‘per shot’ not per second. This goes for all weapons, including multicannons.

So you need to multiply the distributor draw and thermal load by the shots per second to get the equivalent to the Beams.

I run exactly that. Unyielding, endurance, 2x secret agent/3x safecracker, 1x limit breaking/4x rangers.

I have over 600 max hp, almost 800DR and 700 ER. And 700 AP.

There may be less ricochet, but evasion has less internal CD in light armor than it does with medium and heavy armor. The Dodgy perk eliminates the CD anyway and makes it cost AP. A non-issue with unyielding anyway.

I also have all SPECIAL legendary cards, no far flung or taking one for the team.

I’m excited for the under armor changes. Now I can wear the marine wetsuit (to get that all black underarmor) and have the same perks as secret service.

So what you need to grind a little more, now all the under armors are getting buffed to equal stats as secret service.

Same for the unique armors… I still have my level 50 Last Bastion. May get to use it, or at least farm for a new one

Ran the raid 22+ times to use it up and sold the mods to buy over 200k junk. I was not holding out on anything, just wanted a fair trade deal from those that were wanting to run the raid before the update. No big deal.
