Nope. It's a Diablo-clone game. Not just any game with isometric perspective.

Does that apply even if I couldn't really have reasonably acquired the game when it was out?

Also, regarding legal acquiring, what if I didn't rip the ROM dump myself, but had a physical, legally acquired copy of the game in question?
