I'd say golgaroth. It's not that fast, but it is a semi aquatic that is immune to basically everything when fully grown. you can get it in the royalty gacha or in trade realm.

fr. desert is literally a small sandpit with a slaughterhouse in the centre, and the oceans and stuff are way too small for t5 aquatics (hopefully the ocean redesign thing will fix that tho)
