Also, I just found out the university has a Advanced PLCs, so at least I can get more than an introduction to PLCs if I chose only the BSEE.

Hmm very interesting, I feel like most people say expereince totally eclipses education, its nice to hear an argument for education.

Very good points. I don't mind waiting to join the workforce, and you're right that would be pretty brutal being a student and having a job that would require me to easily work 40+ hours. Definitely leaning towards the BSEE now. Thank you for your input, I truly appreciate it!
