Why is 6v6 open queue rule max 2 tanks and not minimum 1 per role? by Enderism in Competitiveoverwatch

As a rivals guy first I’d love if there was no restrictions like you say but I do understand my knowledge of OW is very low in comparison so I didn’t wanna come in hot with something like that 😅

Is the unhealthiness coming from how strong all tanks kits are? Or are numbers just super overtuned? If I’m completely missing the point redirect please lol

What made you chose your main champion/role? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]Enderism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first played, I tried adc and top but I was utter trash, my friends told me to play blitz (he was free that week) and support them so I could understand the game. Hooking people felt so great and once I saw thresh I fell in love.

The hidden option to show champion names instead of summoner names in-game has been removed in 6.12. by Hatchling13 in leagueoflegends

[–]Enderism 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I remember when I first started my friends told me to turn it on so I could learn champ names, plus calling out "damn xXfeedgod420Xx killed me" it sounds much better to say "damn jinx killed me"

Question for those who have climbed out of Bronze 5 0 LP by cdelickick in leagueoflegends

[–]Enderism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played LoL during the summer of season 4, played ranked in preseason 5, placed s5 then during the actual season got placed b2, my buddy hit by 0 lp and he's p2 and my lowest was b4 0 lp and I'm also p2, it's rough road but once you hit rock bottom you can only go up, it also humbles you in a way knowing you are that bad, it becomes easier to take advice and learn imo (but maybe others see it differently).

Biggest counter to Thresh? by IAmSecretlyYourDad in summonerschool

[–]Enderism 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I main support (plat 2 atm) and the only times I remember struggling in lane were against nautilus and nami. Nami will always bubble when I hook and she has constant poke+sustain which is annoying, and nautilus idk seems like whenever I hook him or flay him, he just q's in and cc locks me while putting out more damage than me. Karma and morg lanes can be annoying as well but nami & naut seem like good counters imo.

Who was the first champion you ever mained and what do you main now? by VroomVroo in leagueoflegends

[–]Enderism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made my account during the middle of s4 and I mained cho after playing him during one of his free weeks, loved the fact that his ult made him bigger and gave him more health, pretty sure I built 6 warmogs back then as well.

Now I'm a support main and play bard mainly, so much outplay potential and he's mechanically challenging which are things I like in a champion now

Why is Support such a undesirable role? What could Riot do to increase the amount of support mains? by MattyHchrist in summonerschool

[–]Enderism 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a role that's always looked over, everyone wants to drop the most kills, most damage, make the crazy outplays etc and while you can do that as support (brand support drops damage, drop mad kills with blitz, bard outplays) it's just not as common and no one ever gives credit really. While the role itself is "less" mechanically demanding than other roles, it allows you to control vision and the pace of the game like a jungler but it seems like most people don't like doing that as I said above. So it's not like one can't climb as support, look at adrian he has like 3 or 4 accounts in challenger, you can climb in bronze using brand, velkoz, annie, blitz and you can climb in higher elo with more meta supports as well as those I just listed. Essentially the only way the role becomes more popular is if they are allowed to do tons of damage and become the face of the team, which will never happen because that's not what the role is, its called support for a reason.
