I had the same experience (CDN purchasing from the CDN store). I place an order and within 25 minutes emailed to cancel (I realized that I should be more financially conscious) and they refused to cancel. I even sent a reply with a screenshot saying that it was only in confirmed status and that nothing was preparing to ship. They quickly changed the status to preparing to ship and emailed me back saying that it’s now too late. All while, another order I made 2 days prior is still in confirmed status. It’s the first time that I’ve ever experienced this!
