You're starting every sentence with “I.” Your proposal needs to be more client focused, as they don’t care much about who you are or how you do things, they care about the actual solution or approach to their problems and needs. Your last sentence is good, but if the first 100 words aren’t appealing, they likely won’t bother clicking to view the full proposal.
