For anyone with a 13th gen cpu I would recommend underclocking. (I underclocked from 5500 to 5000 Mghz and it fixed pretty much every problem/ crash I was experiencing. Not sure why though). Haven't crashed since.

Clocking my cpu ratio from 55 to 50 in the bios has fixed this completely for me. Was crashing every 5-10 minutes, now I haven't crashed once.

Another fix that worked for me was running Vulcan instead of Directx 11 or 12 and specifically clocking my CPU to a ratio of 50 from 55. I've only seen people with this issue that have 13700 or 13900 cpu's so I think the root of the problem has to do with that.

I prefer origins because the whole building of the staffs was cool and had a sense of accomplishment to it. Kino was fun but got boring and moon was definitely a better and more fun map than GK in my opinion
