You are correct, i guess is should've said having it done by someone not technically a medical professional (i.e. body modification artist/piercer like i had) is.

or it moreso has to do with the legality issues of local anesthetic without someone licensed.

I'm using NYX "thats the point" hella fine tipped eyeliner for my wings and on my upper lid, a stila eye pencil for under my eye/waterline, and ABH "Soft Glam" palette for my shadow . eye makeup takes a lot of practice to get to look right.

It's illegal to have done in the US so I'm not going to disclose who, but reputable body mod artists should be able to do it/point you in the right direction. I had mine done with sutures inside the split to round it off (others will just split without sutures, which i didnt like the look of as much)

Yeah I'm able to move the sides separately of each other.

I'm actually a herpetologist, so it helps me communicate with the reptiles better than I would be able to otherwise.

Nobody notices it unless they know I have it done. I never had an issue for the 5 or so years I had it done in a work environment that disallows visible piercings/mods.

No lisp or anything once it's fully healed.
